7.1 This S73 application seeks various amendments to the previously approved Project and these are proposed to be secured via a change to the drawing schedule that is referenced in Condition 5 of permission ref. NYM/2017/0505/MEIA as well as the approved drawings listed under Condition 2 of permission ref. R/2014/0627/FFM. An amended schedule of plans, identifying previously approved and proposed new or replacement plans is provided at Appendix 1 of this Statement. 7.2 Furthermore, in recognition of the construction progress achieved to date, the previous submission of details pursuant to which certain conditions have already been formally discharged, and the updated plan references proposed under this Section 73 application; amendments are also sought to the following conditions in order to regularise and streamline the existing planning permissions:

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in complete accordance with the approved plans set out in Schedule 1 attached to this permission. Unless otherwise required by other conditions attached to this planning permission, or otherwise agreed by the MPA in schemes related to the discharge of such other conditions, the Key Mitigation Measures described in the mitigation tables presented in Part 2 Section 17 and Part 3 Section 18 in the York Potash Environmental Statement (September 2014 as updated by the Supplementary Environmental Statement dated February 2015) and the Supplementary Environmental Statement dated July 2017 (updated by further information dated October and November 2017) as relevant, save for those relating to development outside of the administrative area of the North York Moors National Park Authority, shall be implemented as part of the development hereby approved unless agreed previously in writing by the MPA.
Drawing numbers to be amended to reflect the revised schedule set out in Appendix 1.
