Records of the quantity of polyhalite produced throughout the construction and operational phases of the mine, and of the means of its transportation from DNF, shall be maintained and made available to the MPA on request. An annual report of the quantities of polyhalite produced in each month of the preceding five years shall be submitted to the MPA by the mine Operator.
For further clarity, the following informative could also be added in respect of any S73 permission:
Production of polyhalite shall take place only within the limits and controls imposed by the other conditions attached to this permission (and in particular Conditions 5, 25, 35, 36, 44, 46, 47, 48, 51, 57, 61, 62, 63, 68, 74, 81, 88, 89, 90, 91 and 96) unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Mineral Planning Authority Amend condition to reflect compliance with details approved under NYM/2023/0713.

Detailed schemes for monitoring and reporting of subsidence associated with mining operations which might affect RAF Fylingdales shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the MPA in consultation with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and the Environment Agency in advance of the commencement of any significant new underground developments such as the construction of shafts and tunnels or new underground chambers or the commencement of Mineral Extraction in new areas or directions. The first such approved scheme shall be implemented before the commencement of shaft sinking.
