Notwithstanding these refinements to the assessment methodology, the established and effective process of submitting phase-specific Noise and Vibration Management Plans (NVMPs), undertaking confirmatory monitoring, and implementing mitigation where necessary will continue. On this basis, actual impacts are anticipated to be lower than those identified in the worst-case assessment. A summary of noise and vibration impacts for the Approved Development and proposed amended scheme is set out in Tables 6.4, 6.5 & 6.6 below.

In respect of Ladycross Plantation and Lockwood Beck, there are no changes in the significance of effect when compared with those identified in the 2014 ES, 2015 SES and 2017 SEI for the Approved Development, except for a reduction in impact on tranquillity. Residual effects remain not significant and compliant with the aims of relevant planning policy:
